MEET ANTHONY & LAETI FROM CAFE GUSTO
Cafe Gusto was born in 2019,
named after our Nephew baby Augusto born in 2017.
We are from a tight knit family, where food is very important.
Anthony growing up in his Nonno & Nonna's restaurant, which is still running and operated by Anthony and His Father.
Laeti growing up with her Grandpere & Maman's cooking at home. Her Mother even published a recipe book that showcases SOME of our secret family recipes.
Together we come from a food background full of passion, love and lots of yelling........ and laughing along the way.
We have finally spread our wings from our crazy European families and opened our very own venue together,
Cafe Gusto.
We take pride in our food and heritage, and try to take a little tradition with a modern influence.

They are forever sourcing, sampling, cupping, roasting, measuring, calibrating, tweaking, blending & tasting.
They’re not saints but "Single O" try to source ethically & environmentally sound beans, products & produce. Their roastworks runs on solar power & they had a hand in creating The Juggler, the world’s first purpose built café
milk on tap system.
Finally, they have a rocking team of people with a love of their craft, a palate for quality & a penchant for fun. The door to "Single O"
is always open to coffee crazed passionate people, great beans & new ideas.
